Below are just a few of our RIB specifications. We have over 39 RIBS at our disposal which makes us one of the largest commercial charter providers in the UK. We have new boats being added to our portfolio on a monthly basis.
We currently have:
- 7 x Ribcraft 7.8 offshore with 250hp Outboards **NEW '09, '10 & '11**
- 1 x Ribcraft 6.8 offshore with 200hp outboard **NEW '10**
- 1 x MIB with a 40hp outboard - inflatable boat **NEW 2010**
- 2 x New RIBs for the 2011 season
Each RIB is fitted with all the latest safety equipment and is maintained using our partner company Universal Safety Ltd. Each RIB now has a fully fitted iPod / iPhone dock and stereo, colour GPS plotter, VHF DSC unit, 270ltr fuel tank, LED nave lights and all are coded to MCA CAT 3 which includes night work options.
Each of the above crafts are available on a skippered basis. All our skippers are all fully experienced to the high standard minimum of RYA Advanced qualified with MCA Commercial endorsement, unlike other charter companies who use only level 2 qualified skippers.
The craft are all fully commercially insured.
Our RIBs are often chartered to support race events, regatta's or film work.
Our staff were featured last year in the Richard Curtis movie "The boat that rocks" as stunt drivers and some of our boats with their removable seats have been used as a filming platforms in other films.
